- Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their schedule session starts. If they do not then we reserve the right to reduce game time to compensate for safety briefings and administration activity.
- All players must be aged 7 years old or above to play outdoor laser combat. No exceptions as this is an insurance requirement.
- All players must wear suitable footwear to prevent foot related injuries and falls. The ground is very uneven in places, wet and muddy
- All players must receive a safety briefing prior to playing otherwise they will not be allowed to participate.
- All players must read and sign our disclaimer prior to playing on our site. This must be signed by a responsible adult / parent or guardian. Download here.
- All under 16’s must have a responsible parent / adult / guardian on-site at all times.
- Anyone not abiding by any safety rules of the site may be asked to leave without a refund.
- Anyone caught cheating or disrespecting the equipment will be subject to the ‘3 strikes rule’, 2 warnings with the 3rd resulting in the player being asked to leave without refund.
- Any late payment made to Llandegla Laser Combat Ltd may result in a forfeit of a deposit or event cancellation. We can not hold bookings without full or agreed deposit payment being made.
- Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate and will be asked to leave the site without refund.
- If you do not attend your booking at the correct time, or fail to arrive, no refund will be given.
Time of booking we require minimum of £90 deposit for group booking and full payment for open session places. We do not offer a refund once your booking has been confirmed under any circumstance.
If you choose to cancel and your within the time range to change the date this must be with in the same year as original booking.
- There’s no cancellation or alteration to your booking within 30 days, no refund will be issued if you choose to cancel.
- A full refund will be given if we need to cancel your booking for any reason.
- All guests must leave within 10 minutes of the session ending, this allows time for people to leave before next session starts.
- The acitivities we provide are run outside, on a field with a variety of man made structures forming part of the scenerary. Our staff take every care to identify and negate risk where possible, however by the very nature of outdoor laser combat not all risks can be negated such as slips, trips and falls, collisions with other players etc Players must assume an element of risk exists when participating in this activity. Llandegla Laser Combat Ltd cannot accept liability in relation to these risks. Players must observe the safety rules of the site in order to reduce personal risk of injury.
